How to place an order
Simply browse the products that interest you. Once you’ve located an item to order, click on the “Add to Cart ” button. A message will appear on the screen to confirm that the product has been added to your Cart. Once you have added all the products required, click on the cart button in the top right corner of the page. On the Cart page you can remove items or adjust quantities. If you want to continue shopping, select ‘Shop’ from the menu at the top. You can return to your Cart at anytime. From there you can select Proceed to Checkout when ready to pay.

Cancelling or changing an order
You can make changes to your order anytime during the checkout process prior to paying for the order. Once you have paid the order you cannot make any changes through the website. If you have submitted the order in error or need to make a change please contact us at email@example.com so we can assist you.
Returns & exchanges
At Roaming Cooking we love our products and we want you to love them too; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, we'll buy it back. We also understand that some items can be deemed unsuitable after purchase. In either case, we would like to hear from you. The ways you can reach us are listed on our contact page.
Returns and exchanges can be made via post with proof of purchase, preferably a copy of the original receipt, after initial contact with us.
Shipping time: 2 – 5 business days.
We strive to ship all products the same or next business day. If your order is placed on a public holiday it will be shipped on the next immediate business day. We will advise our customers within two days if goods are not available.
Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility. Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
Do I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the details of all online orders. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive this. If we cannot meet any specific requests listed in your order, our staff will be in contact to discuss your requirements.
What method of payment is accepted?
Roaming Cooking secure online payment system will accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express cards. We also accept PayPal payments. If you wish to pay by an alternative payment type please contact us to make an arrangement.
